The Process
Firstly, we will meet up for your free consultation, online or face-to-face. This meeting usually lasts about an hour and it's a great opportunity to talk about your health and fitness goals. We will also discuss where and how often you are available to meet along with any other likes and dislikes with regards to fitness.
Secondly, we will meet up for your first training session. Online, at your house, workplace, in the grounds by my house are the most commonly used places but wherever you feel most comfortable. The session will be planned and tailored to your needs to achieve your goals. At the end of this session you'll have a plan for the week to take away, including what to do before you see me next.
